UAB Baltic Freya (trading as Freya Cultivation Systems), registered in Lithuania, is the controller of personal data collected through this website (freyacultivation.com). Our registered address is Kaunas, Lithuania.

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content you submit through our contact form.
• Analytics data (with consent): page views, device type, browser, approximate geographic location, session duration, and navigation behaviour — collected via Google Analytics 4.
• Technical data: IP address, HTTP referrer, and user-agent string — collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance monitoring.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Analytics cookies are only placed after you explicitly accept via our cookie banner.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and server-level technical logs.
• Contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing enquiries and contact form submissions.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months by default. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
