ABOUT FREYA

FREYA an AgTech developer based in Lithuania. Founded by a team of young scientists in 2019, the team has developed a breakthrough aeroponic irrigation platform that enables scalability beyond what was previously thought possible.

Armed with untamed ambition and hard science, FREYA has achieved numerous advancements in precision irrigation leading to significantly higher yields, improved plant health, reduced waste - all while operating a platform that requires virtually no maintenance.

FREYA is now focused on bringing its innovations to market through partnerships with ambitious growers and leading greenhouse developers.

COMPANY LEADERSHIP

Gediminas Kudirka / CEO

Mr. Gediminas is FREYA's CEO and is in charge of all plant nutrition research activities.

Gediminas founded FREYA in 2019, after having conducted aerosol nutrition experiments as part of his Biochemistry degree. Since establishing the Company, he has led the team to research and develop precision irrigation and aerosol scanning tools.

Lukas Bartusevicius / CCO

Mr. Lukas is FREYA's CCO and works very closely with the product development team.

Lukas joined FREYA as an early stage team and helped build the partnerships required to bring the teams innovations to market. His prior experience includes business development, innovation consulting and starting two family businesses.

Vilmantas Rastutis / CTO

Mr. Vilmantas is FREYA's CTO and is a deeply experienced ultrasonic engineer.

Vilmantas is a co-founder as he joined Gediminas on a mission to find new ways to irrigate plants aeroponically, without the use of pressure-pumps or dry fog generators. Vilmantas previously worked on agricultural equipment engineering.
